I have been working with your Drilling Crew and Grouting Crew at the Villages.
After a month or so of being with them I felt compelled to give you feedback.
1. Drilling Crew: I worked with Angel, Bob and Chris. It was a pleasure to work with them; they are professional, hardworking, pleasant and in general great to work with. We overcame some problems that were encountered along the way without emotion and worked through them efficiently. The crew treated each other with respect and worked well together.
2. Grouting Crew: I am working with Jack, Chuck, Tommy, Juan and Gabe. I have worked with most of the local contractors, many of them were very good, but this crew is the best. Jack has developed a team that is hardworking professional, pleasant and great to work with. Every one on the team seems to know the entire job and jumps in to help his co-worker without being asked. The most impressive thing I noticed was the camaraderie shown and the affection that each of the crew felt for each other. This was very positive and unusual.
I look forward to working with GeoLogical in the future and hope to see both of these crews frequently.
My thanks to you for providing the portable toilet for the site; it avoided issues and time delays that were sure to arise.
