Now that the sinkhole remediation has been completed at my home, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the fine service Geo-Logical provided during this very stressful period for me. In particular, Jonathan and his team with the pipe installation and Robert and his grout team during the long 3 weeks of being at my house every day. They all were very professional, polite and respectful. Robert talked to me every day at least once and kept me abreast of what was going on. They never stop from the time they arrive in the morning until they leave late in the day. Every day before they left, they cleaned up thoroughly and kept the equipment in one area.

I certainly would recommend Geo-Logical to any of my friends and neighbors.

To Whom it May Concern:

 Today was the last day of my sink hole restoration project at my home in Seffner.  I have to be honest when I say I had no idea what to expect as sinkholes are anew environmental concept for my family and I, we are from the West coast and our environmental issues consist of landslides and earthquakes.

 One of the best things about moving to Florida is the people, no matter who they are they display themselves with such a friendly demeanor, which in turn makes even the worse scenarios seem some what pleasurable.  I have to say, waking up each morning and walking out my front door to walk the dogs in my pj’s, hair a mess and no make-up on is usually a time where you hope you don’t run into anyone…but after a few days of your team being here; Dan, Daniel, Chuck, Jose, Bobby and John, I was finding it nice to get a does of friendly “Good Morning’s” and “Hello’s” during my morning dog walks.

 Most of the days I would try and find something for my kids and I to do outside of the house and as I dreaded to ask them to stop and move their equipment…..oh wait!  I never had to ask, they always saw me coming, stopped what they were doing, greeted me and my girls off with a wave and peacefully went right back to work. WOW!!  I can’t even get my husband to stop what he is doing sometimes!!  I never felt like I was in the way.

 I am really grateful by the way and I feel like I need to mention this; everyday before the men leave, they picked up after themselves.  Almost like they were never even here. Not a day went by that there was ever anything left in the way…in fact, most days, as soon as I heard the trucks pull away, my girls and I were jumping in the pool.  And my pool by the way, always stayed crystal clear, not a drop or anything in it!! Your team is very neat and very tidy and I couldn’t appreciate that more.

 Daniel and Chuck were exceptional on keeping my up to date with what they were doing.  If I had any questions, those were always answered. I want to point out that on this very last day my girls and I were enjoying our nice clean patio (all thanks to those incredible power washers and Chuck) and Chuck had to stop what he was doing and go to Home Depot for soil and before he left he came to screen and told me what he was doing and asked me if I needed anything while he was out.  I was floored.  Of course I didn’t take him up with his offer by giving him my mile long grocery list, but that really made my day.

 It was very clear that I am home by myself with my two small children because my husband works out of town, I never once felt uncomfortable or felt like I needed my blinds shut the whole time they were here.  Every man on that team was respectful, polite and worked hard.

 I have a few friends in this neighborhood and I have already put a recommendation out for the Geo-Logical family.  You all did a great job not making us feel displaced in our home.

Please let all those men know how appreciative we are for their respect and hard work.

When I received my initial notice of a positive sinkhole, I was a wreck!  My first visit with you put my mind at ease because you explained the engineer’s report and what I would experience during the repair process.

Your crews are true professionals who follow every one of the “15 Customer Commitments” which are on your website.  I would like to extend my thanks to:

•    John Detviler, Customer Relations Manager – a great asset to Geo-Logical, who explained everything that would happen on my repair start date.

•    Aaron, the Engineer who informed me of everything from the first to the last day of the project.  He explained why a bush had to be removed from the comer of my house (they had no choice) and assured me it would be replaced.

•    The Grouting Team:  Chris, Kenny, Sergio, Luis, Danny & Mike, a hardworking group of men who were always on time and very professional – absolutely no complaints!

•    Heidi Harshbarger, Project Coordinator who was always pleasant and on top of everything.

My wife and I wanted to thank the crew for a job well done. Both Pat and Angel’s crew did a wonderful job with our compaction grout. They kept us informed of everything they were doing and really made an otherwise inconvienient experience as easy as it could be. I really enjoyed the fact that after everything was done, the guys cleaned up so well by placing fresh mulch down and pressure washing the driveway that I think my neighbor was a little jealous. The guys also did a great job of trying their best to be as careful with our plants as possible (My wife has a nice pineapple plant, with a pineapple grwoing from it, that she didnt want disturbed and the guys did a great job of avoiding it.) We’ll be sure to recommend your services to anyone who might need sinkhole repair. So if you could please leave a front parking sapace open at your workplace for Pat, Tommy, Sergio, Andy, Mike, Angel, Jonathan, and Todd. even if that means you might have to park a little further back we would appreciate it.

When you learn you have a sink-hole, and have to choose a repair company to fix it, you are never sure whether you have made the right choice.

Should you go with a local company, or a larger one, etc. We chose your company an want to let you know that the choice we made was a great one.

Angel and his crew came out to put in the pipes and they were on time, very hard workers and we never had a complaint. Pat and his crew came to put in the grouting and we were equally as pleased. They are such nice guys and could not be more helpful.

Both crews did a bang up job on clean up. They moved the furniture on the porch, cleaned the porch when they were finished and put all the furniture back. We will certainly recommend your company to our neighbors. Speaking of neighbors there were no complaints from them.

I am sure the chemical crew will be equally as good.

knowing I had a chimmney sink thinking the crews would tear up my property but the opposite happened these guys were all so great in what they do. Rumor has it that a homeowner is expected to have a frightening and stressful experience when they are confronted with the reality that their most expensive asset, their home, is in jeopardy due to a sinkhole present. Well we would like to say that this rumor can be squelched thanks to the work of the Geo-Logical team.

From our first visit with Steve to the finale of grouting it was anything but stressful. Steve’s explanation of our engineers report and what we would experience with the repair relieved us of any worries. We chose Geo-Logical because we were very confident. After our decision the only responsibility that we dealt with was reviewing and signing any paperwork that was mailed to us. The staff in the office, Heidi had already done some of this paperwork and simply said ” Mail it to us and we will take care of doing this for you.”

Then we met John Detvilier, another fantastic asset to Geo-Logical. He reviewed every detail of activity just prior to to the scheduled date of fix. He was also on site routinely to make sure of the workmanship as well as checking on us, the homeowners.

The drilling team led by Robert Mauro with Chris Santos and Rich Garcia (hope we didn’t miss anyone) was precise, efficient, neat, and informative. It is obvious that they take extreme pride in their work and want to be assured of pleasing the customer. The engineer, George was on the job and was very helpful to keep us abreat of the activities and progress.

Then came the grout team, Daniel Santos, Luis Muniz, Robert Bergeron, Mark Smeaton, and Richard Aucoin. Their expertise was most evident. It is obvious they are well prepared to do their work and are in a working environment that makes them want to perform and outstanding job. The daily clean up was meticulous and when everything was completed the property looked like no one was ever there.

We would recommend Geo-Logical to every homeowner that has a report of a sinkhole. Geo-Logical is a company that should be proud of all their accomplishments.
